Frederick A. (Fritz) Holland is a second generation President at CEI Roofing in Denver, Colorado. Fritz studied Business and Aviation at Metropolitan State College of Denver. He started his career in the roofing industry installing commercial roofing systems progressing to estimating and project management. He has been President at CEI since 2001.

John D. Cook – Graduated in 1996 from the University of Colorado with a BS in Small Business Management and Entrepreneurship. While in college, John began working part time at CEI and then joined the CEI group full time in January 1997 as an estimator. In January 2000 John transferred to the Dallas, TX office as the Senior Estimator Project Manager, working in Dallas for two (2) years. John returned to the Denver office in January 2002. All in all John has been with CEI for 12 years. Currently John is Vice President of Sales managing the sales and estimating department at the CEI Denver location.

Brent Wilhelmi - In 1993 Brent began his roofing career as an installer at a small residential roofing company. The following year he attended Moorhead State University working towards a degree in Construction Management. While in school he worked part time as a foreman for the University of North Dakota’s Roofing Department. In 1997 Brent became a full time foreman/estimator for MC Roofing in Grand Forks, ND and in 1998 Brent moved to Colorado. As a full time resident in Colorado, Brent has continually worked within the roofing industry as foreman, senior estimator, project manager and division manager. Since September 2006 Brent has been working at CEI Roofing as Operations Manager.

Richard E. Sealey – Has been in the roofing industry for the past 24 years. Richard began his roofing career on the roof and worked his way up through the ranks to estimator. He served as Estimating Manager in the industry for more ten years before he joined the Service Department as Service Manager in October of 1998. Richard has also served as president of the CRA (Colorado Roofing Association).

Sondra Lankston – Graduated in 1992 with a BS in business/marketing from Fort Lewis College in Durango, Colorado. Sondra was hired as the Service Coordinator for the Service Department in June of 1992. Employed by CEI until August of 2000 when she left to have her son, Sondra returned in September of 2003 again, working as the Service Coordinator/Customer Service Representative. She has since begun to work into a marketing role for CEI while continuing most responsibilities as Customer Service Representative. Sondra is currently involved with the local Denver Chapter of BOMA (Building Owners Managers Association). Her CEI duties consist of building customer relations, local ads/tradeshows/marketing, service agreements, managing service estimates, purchase orders, billings and collections.
